Guidelines for Supplying Beach Flag Artwork
Files may be sent to us using various media (CD, DVD, flash drive etc).
Files of less than 20Mb may be emailed.
Files may also be sent to our FTP server (details on request) or we can download from yours. Alternatively there are several excellent third party web based services available, such as WeTransfer.com or MailBigFile.com
We require ready to print digital files unless our design studio have been instructed to produce the artwork.
The preferred option for clients' supplied digital files is high resolution PDF or TIFF format.
We also accept JPG, AI, INDD, EPS, PSD and BMP files.
Any text should be converted to paths / outlines.
NB: Microsoft Office (and similar) files such as Word, Publisher or Powerpoint are not suitable formats.
Ideally files should be supplied at 10% to 20% of the finished size (normally printed at 300 dpi) unless vector (scaleable) artwork is available.
Remember, just because a low resolution image may look good on-screen does not mean it will do so as a large finished printed banner.
Please ensure that the file is supplied in the correct proportion to the size of the finished print.
